Die interne und private Nutzung ist FREI.
Für Auftragsproduktionen einer Fernsehanstalt, Sender-Eigenproduktionen und TV-Koproduktionen für TV Sender in der EU und Schweiz sind die Herstellungsrechte der Musik durch den Pauschalvertrag zwischen der GEMA und den Sendern bereits abgegolten. Die Verwendung der Titel ist daher ohne zusätzliche Kosten für die Produzenten, Editoren, Regisseure.
Die Sender sind per Gesetz zur Abgabe einer GEMA-Meldung verpflichtet.
